The stars have fallen leaving the sky blank except for the white moon that stands like a glowing scar upon the sky's pristine surface They're under my skin those stars so bright shooting through my veins twinkling in my blood The seas rise at their touch waves towering over the world washing it all away creating a sparkling clean Happiness losing its technicolour turning black and white caffeine comes in a syringe diamonds burn into coal gold losing its luster leaving brittle rocks in its wake Tallest towers tumble cracking the earth making their own graves And soon the stars shall escape fleeing from the ground the stars will rise fled from the world they light. by, WPHUNG (stargazing) Send any comments to WPHUNG@aol.com © 1999 WPHUNG
